About Smoke N Brew COFFEE ROASTERS
Hi! I’m Tim, owner and operator of Smoke N Brew Coffee Roasters. My passion for coffee started when I was enlisted in the United States Navy. Traveling and experiencing first-hand I was able to see how the entire world had one thing in common: coffee!
After 12 years in the Navy (two tours in the Persian Gulf during the Gulf War, and 5 years volunteering as a Navy recruiter) I realized that I had a deep drive toward service and community.
I started Smoke N Brew Coffee Roasters to fulfill that passion, and feel blessed and honored to serve people everyday.
Smoke N Brew Coffee Roasters is my way to bring my desire for helping the community, my customers, and my love of coffee together.

Here at Smoke - N - Brew Roasters, we are excited to share this coffee experience, so that you may enjoy your coffee, the way YOU like it, the way coffee was meant to be. Smoke~N~Brew Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster focused on providing the freshest and best tasting coffee beans to our customers. We specialize in a unique smoke roasting method that allows us to control the amount of roast and smoke to your desired level. This allows the time for the development of all the key cupping flavor notes to come through. The smoke brings out the cupping notes and enhances the flavor without affecting the bean's integrity.
We use a combination of only the finest woods consisting of Cherry, Oak, Maple, Hickory, Pecan, and/or Adler. This Process is different from traditional roasting in that in a drum it takes about 10-16 minutes of a constant temperature, creating more of a baking flavor, where as with our method it creates a smoke roasting flavor and each batch takes about 1- 1 1/2 hours of roasting at various Temperatures depending on your smoke roasting level that is determined by you. By roasting our beans this way, we are able to provide you with a unique cup of coffee without the bitter or burnt flavor that you can sometimes get with traditional roasting, therefore producing one of the smoothest cups of coffee you will ever taste!
-Don't like smoke flavor, you can choose light smoke for that great smooth taste without the smoke flavor.
-Not sure if you like smoked coffee, try medium smoke for that great smooth taste with just a hint of smoke.
-Love smoke, choose heavy smoke for that more robust smooth taste with a strong flavor of smoke.
